8 Week Online LIVE Coaching Programme
Accelerate Your Happiness and Live Happier Ever After
Starting the 10th June to the 29th July 2019.
It’s not just for fairy tales or for the lucky few, when you practise the research-based habits of happiness, you too can experience that inner state of peace and well-being and live with a sense of joy and ease for the rest of your life.
During the 8-week programme we will get more practical with the material and you will learn how to weave it into your life.
This programme provides an opportunity for each participant to seek support and identify their happiness goals.
It will be fun and interactive, transformational and inspirational.
You will receive a copy of Happy For NO Reason, as this will be the workbook from which we will learn and grow, as it will be the basis of our education throughout the 8 weeks together.
You will celebrate your breakthroughs and feel supported in a group of like-minded people.
There will be a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and share your experiences, if you wish.
Each session will be facilitated via Zoom, an online meeting platform. All sessions will be recorded and held in a portal on the Say YES to Happiness website and you will be given the relevant log in details to access the recordings anytime.
If you miss a live class, you will have the opportunity to see it later.
