Life is not meant to be static, it’s constantly changing, much like the seasons and nature. We are part of nature too and we are all connected to one another.


No matter where you find yourself at in your life right now, there is light at the end of the tunnel. You do not have to live the rest of your life believing that what you are experiencing is all there is.

Regardless of what has caused you to lose confidence and direction in your life, it is your repetitve negative self-talk, that is keeping you feeling lost, sad, angry or depressed and stuck.

Your Thoughts

As the Buddha says so eloquently,

“We are shaped by our thoughts, we become what we think.”

Our Minds

When you realize your mind is thinking on average 60-80,000 thoughts per day. Eighty per cent of which are negative and untrue and those same thoughts were there yesterday, last week and possibly twenty years ago, it’s understandable why you are so exhausted and convinced.

Our Greatest Fears

Sadly, the dominant thoughts that lead to our suffering are those were we think –

  • We are not good enough.

  • We are different from everyone else.

  • We are afraid of being rejected.

  • We don’t matter.

  • We are not lovable.

  • What we want is not available.
